Which areas do you cover?

We are based in London and cover the whole of the South East, including (and not limited to) Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Kent.

The quoted price includes the supply, delivery, and fitting of all new roof windows. Our installation team are tidy and respectful of our customers’ homes and will take any waste produced away with them to be recycled. We are always happy to offer no-obligation quotes for any work.

When we are completing installations, we complete all the work and prepare it to be plastered and decorated. We work alongside a team of plasterers and will list additional plastering costs, so if you would like to use their services, please let us know.

The vast majority of roof windows can be installed from the inside of any domestic or commercial property, without the need for scaffolding. On the extremely rare occasions that scaffolding is required, we will arrange this.

From the placement of your roof windows order, we aim to install your windows within ten to 15 working days although these times can vary, depending on our availability. We will discuss this with you at the time of your booking and will also do our best to work around your schedule and commitments, so we minimise disruption.

We always aim to complete site visits for a new installation, to ensure a seamless fit and that all your requirements are met. Many roof windows replacements will not require a site visit unless you would like specific product advice and we are always happy to complete a site visit for any job.

We currently accept cheques and bank transfers. We require a deposit at placement of order, with the balance due on completion of the work.

We can supply and install all types of Velux windows. If you already have a roof window which you need installing, we can also do this. We always recommend Velux products but are also happy to install roof windows from other leading brands.

You do not normally need planning permission to install a roof window or skylight in your home. You can install and replace roof windows under permitted development, subject to certain conditions being met. We can advise you more about this.

We can supply and install blinds to the roof windows we fit, alongside existing windows in any property. See our Velux blinds page for more information on the excellent choice of blonds and shutters we have available.

Yes, all of our fitters have been trained at the Velux Academy and have a wealth of experience and expertise using fitting, maintaining and repairing all types of Velux products.
